Purchased Directly from Mustang

Research before you buy! Some motorcycle dealers, stores or websites may charge significant restocking and/or handling fees—others may not allow returns at all.

Mustang has been proudly making comfortable seats in the USA since 1980. We confidently offer the very best return policy in the motorcycle industry. Mustang knows that no matter how good a seat looks in a picture or on a showroom floor, it’s not until you and your passenger have ridden 100 miles or more before you really know how comfortable it is.

If you buy a seat directly from the Mustang factory (whether online or by telephone), you have up to 10 days after receiving the seat to request a return form. Just call us within 10 days and talk with a Mustang customer service representative. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form to include when returning the seat. Per your instructions, we will either exchange it for another seat style or credit your charge card for the price of the seat.
