A. Baseplate Features

Pads are built on 16 gauge formed steel baseplates. Rear seats have two slots in the baseplate and a chrome rear mounting tab.

B. Removal of Stock Passenger Seat

Two-Piece Seat

  1. Remove rear fender screw.
  2. Slide passenger seat back and up.

C. Mounting of Mustang Rear Seat

Hardware included: One black nylon washer.

  1. Front of baseplate is slotted and engages into the slotted nuts at the rear of the solo seat.
  2. The supplied nylon washer goes between the rear mounting tab and the fender, secure with rear fender screw.
  3. The black retention clip that holds the nut insert in the fender must remain in place.
