International Orders and Shipping

Placing International Orders

Orders are considered international when a shipment is sent to an address outside the 48 continental
United States (plus Puerto Rico, USVI, Bermuda, and Guam).

Order Shipping
When your order is placed, we will contact you via email within 24-48 business hours with a shipping
estimate for your order. You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed,
and this may result in an additional charge or a decreased charge. International orders are shipped only
when all ordered items are in-stock to eliminate a second shipping charge.

We will not ship an order internationally without prior approval of the final shipping charges.

For all international shipments, Mustang uses the following carriers:

UPS

WORLWIDE SAVER EXPRESS
WORLDWIDE EXPEDITED
STANDARD (CANADA AND MEXICO ONLY)

USPS

PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL

Mustang will default to the carrier with the lowest shipping cost unless the customer declares a
preference. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars
only. Shipping costs do NOT include duty, tax, or brokerage fees. All goods are shipped duties and taxes
collect and Mustang is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, nor any return shipping.
All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns
International orders are non-refundable, and all sales are final. By placing an order on the website all
international customers agree to these terms. Only requests due to an issue covered by under the 1-
year Manufacturing Warranty will be honored.
