Shipping Within the United States & International Orders and Shipping

Orders can be shipped to the 50 United States and its territories.  Orders shipped outside of the 48 continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, plus Puerto Rico, USVI, and Guam) will be subject to International Orders and Shipping policy (see below).

Delivery Times: The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on your location, the item(s) ordered, and standard ground shipping practices.

Processing: Processing and packaging times are estimated 24-48 business hours, providing the item(s) are in stock.  This excludes orders placed on the weekend.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges can be seen in your cart at check out.

 

International Orders and Shipping

Placing International Orders

Orders are considered international when a shipment is sent to an address outside the 48 continental United States (plus Puerto Rico, USVI, and Guam).

Order Shipping
For all international shipments, Mustang uses the following carriers:

UPS

• WORLWIDE SAVER EXPRESS
• WORLDWIDE EXPEDITED
• STANDARD (CANADA AND MEXICO ONLY)

USPS

• PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL

Mustang will default to the carrier with the lowest shipping cost unless the customer declares a preference. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only. Shipping costs do NOT include duty, tax, or brokerage fees. Mustang is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, nor any return shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns
International orders are non-refundable, and all sales are final. By placing an order on the website all international customers agree to these terms. Only requests due to an issue covered by the 1-year Manufacturing Warranty will be honored.
